Everything you could need and more...
Participants
All of your participants details are saved in one place securely. Store basic information such as name, email, phone number, along with any number of custom questions you require as part of your health and safety obligations.
Import
Import all of your existing customer data directly into your account using our importer. Simply download the template .csv file from your dashboard, fill up with your participants, upload, job done. They can then be used to sign into your registers.
Schedules
Create schedules specific for each class. Create one-off dates or recurring dates for any selected days of the week. Individual dates can then be edited/removed as necessary. Add/change dates at anytime if your schedule changes.
Bookings
Participants can book onto your class in advance of turning up. Choose whether to accept payments online, or offline when they arrive, or allow both scenarios. All bookings are automatically synchronised to the register ready for sign in when the participant arrives in class.
Waiting Lists
For classes where space is limited and places are booked up quickly, you can enable the waiting list feature. This lets your participants sign up to be notified when a place becomes available for a class that is fully booked. All fully automated.
Link Website
We provide a simple booking button you can place anywhere on your existing website, so people can easily find your class and book straight onto it. If you have a facebook page, or blog etc and want to link directly to your bookings page, you can use the link provided.
Registers
Class registers are completely electronic, no need to print or export. Registers are created automatically for each date based on your class schedule. Simply load up the register on your phone or tablet and sign people in as they walk into class.
Revenue
See all of your revenue for a specific class register or for all class registers for any given date period. Handy for when it comes time to manage your business accounting.
Class Passes
Create class passes and discounts unique for you. Allow participants to buy class passes as they arrive to your class upon sign in, or when they book online in advance. Expiry dates and number of uses can be set, and our software will manage these each time someone signs in using a class pass.
Online & Offline
We know that you’re not always able to connect to the internet, so we’ve designed our iOS and Android apps to work without it! So whenever you sign people into a class register, or create a new member we will automatically upload this data when the device next connects to the internet.
Notifications
Both the participant and instructor receive booking confirmation emails when a booking is created. In the event a booking needs to be cancelled, then cancellation emails will also be sent.
